About Me
I had been some sort of stuck for what felt like an eternity - unable to see how I’d ever move towards who I wanted to be and live the life I dreamt about. I totally understand how painful it can feel to not live the way you want to, to be able to feel into all the potential but imagine you might never get there.
I believe we all have unique gifts, purposes, places and ways of living our lives - we are here to escape our conditioning and forge the path that feels like us.
I hold space for all of you.
You can show up as you are - in the mess, in the dreams, in the confusion…I’m here for it. I know for myself, at times all I’ve needed is a space to be held and to be reminded of my own personal power.
That’s what I’m here to do. Hold a mirror up to you, show you what’s possible, help you get there.
After many years of practicing and training in different modalities, allowing myself to support people without a script or specific practice feels like coming home. I draw on my trainings in energy work, trauma informed somatic, feminine embodiment, breath-work, Kundalini and more, as well as my own personal practices and deep dives over the years.
I don’t offer you one way of learning or one modality - we work with you, Your needs, what you enjoy, how you respond and what resonates.
For years I wanted someone to just speak with and help guide me, not another therapist or practitioner. Someone I could bounce what I was experiencing around with as it comes up. Someone who knew lots of different modalities and approaches and didn’t need me to use one specific thing.
I felt like I had so much knowledge, awareness and spiritual understanding, I just still couldn’t create what I wanted. I now know I wasn’t owning my gifts, My ability to intuitively guide. I’m now here to show up as what I needed for all those years. Your sounding board, your mentor who can just see things clearly and be a support in the things that work uniquely for you.
I always come back to our own innate knowledge and wisdom. We already know it all inside of ourselves, we just are often lost and need a guiding hand.

A 60 minute intuitive session. Arrive as you are for a bespoke session created for whatever is showing up for you right now.
I’ll hear your story and where you feel stuck or struggling. I’ll direct you to what might be holding you back, we will create awareness and some clear steps. After the session you’ll be provided with suggested questions for self exploration tailored to you and suggestions on what you could explore next to support you.

Sessions & Mentorship

For those seeking transformation and to connect to their authenticity. This 40 day (6 week) mentorship is the perfect opportunity to work through limiting beliefs, blocks and reconnect with your body in the present. Perfect for those who are feeling stuck, need a reset or want the guidance of someone who can remind you of your unique power.
Mentorship includes a weekly 1-1 call, reflections and prompts to consider outside of our sessions and unlimited WhatsApp messaging to provide personalise support throughout the 40 days.

Your Questions, Answered
After booking, you’ll receive a secure video link and a brief questionnaire so I can customise your session. All you need is a stable internet connection and a little space to move. For those who book the 40 Day Transformation we will have an initial call to ensure it’s the right choice for you. We will then create a bespoke programme based on your aspirations, blocks and dreams.

I call on my unique intuitive gifts in reading, pattern identification and channeling. I also use years of training in various modalities and energy work to help identify what could be most supportive for you. I believe we innately know the next steps, so I use my own method to guide you back to your personal power. Think of me as your personal cheerleader and vision holder - sometimes we just need someone to reflect to us what we have forgotten about our own potential.
